摘要:
卵巢早衰为妇科常见疾病，严重影响女性生育功能和身心健康。中医作为我国传统文化的重要组成部分，对于卵巢早衰的治疗具有独到的理论基础和临床实践经验。广东省名中医李坤寅教授认为肾精亏虚是卵巢早衰的主要病机，基于“精不足者，补之以味”和“五脏苦欲补泻”理论，根据女性月经周期不同的生理特点辨证施治，配合中药以及膏方，在恢复卵巢功能、改善临床症状、提高生育潜能和生活质量方面取得了良好的临床疗效。本文将论述李坤寅教授的中医理论及相关治疗经验，旨在为临床治疗卵巢早衰提供新的思路。
Abstract:
Premature ovarian failure (POF) is a common gynecological condition that significantly impacts women’s fertility and overall physical and mental health.Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),as an integral part of China’s cultural heritage,offers unique theoretical and clinical insights into the treatment of POF.Professor LI Kunyin,a renowned TCM practitioner in Guangdong Province,posits that the depletion of kidney essence is the primary pathological mechanism underlying POF.Drawing on the principles of “replenishment of essence with flavors” and “tonification and drainage according to the desires and aversions of the five zang organs”.Professor LI tailors his treatment strategies to the physiological characteristics of the menstrual cycle.By integrating herbal medicine and herbal extract paste,he has achieved notable clinical efficacy,in restoring ovarian function, improving clinical symptoms, fertility potential and quality of life.This article will explore Professor LI Kunyin’s therapeutic experiences and the theoretical foundations of TCM,aiming to provide new perspectives for the clinical management of POF.
