摘要:
“瘀”与恶性肿瘤的形成发展密切相关,瘀血形成是肿瘤复发转移的重要病机,临床中活血化瘀药物是肿瘤治疗的重要组成部分,其抗肿瘤的作用也得到大量的临床和实验研究证实。近几年有些实验研究发现某些活血化瘀中药有促进肿瘤转移的作用,从而使活血化瘀药物的临床抗肿瘤应用出现争议。认为使用时结合辨病辨证、分阶段运用、合理择药、酌情定量、合理配伍,活血化瘀药物仍能在防治恶性肿瘤转移中发挥良好疗效。
Abstract:
The Stasis is closely related to the formation and development of malignant tumor,and stasis formation is an important cause of tumor recurrence and metastasis.In clinical practice,drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are an important part of tumor treatment,and their antitumor effects have also been proved effective by a large number of clinical and experimental studies.In recent years,some experimental studies have found that certain traditional Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can promote tumor metastasis,which has caused controversy in antitumor applications.This view is that in the course of treatment,the combination of observation of disease conditions,phased application,rational drug selection,quantitative and reasonable allocation,the blood circulation and blood stasis drugs can still play a good effect in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.
