摘要:
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是青春期和育龄期女性的常见疾病,主要病理变化为内分泌和代谢异常。近年来,相关研究发现脂代谢异常与PCOS的发生发展有紧密联系,“痰邪”亦与脂代谢异常有相关性。通过收集整理中医“痰邪”与脂代谢异常在PCOS发病过程中的相关性,证实化痰方药可通过调节脂代谢发挥防治PCOS的作用,进而得出从痰论治PCOS的作用机制与调节脂代谢密切相关,以期为中医从痰论治PCOS提供现代科学依据。
Abstract:
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common disease in women of puberty and childbearing age.The main pathological changes are abnormal endocrine and metabolism.In recent years,related studies have found that abnormal lipid metabolism is closely related to the occurrence and development of PCOS,and “phlegm evil” is also related to abnormal lipid metabolism.This paper collects TCM “phlegm evil” and correlation in the process of lipid metabolism disorders on the pathogenesis of PCOS,confirmed that the recipe for resobving phlegm play to the role in preventing and treating PCOS by regulating abnormal lipid metabolism,lipid metabolism disorders and concluded from phlegm to elucidate the mechanism of action of PCOS is closely related to adjust lipid metabolism disorder,so as to modern scientific basis is provided from the phlegm treatment PCOS in TCM.
