摘 要 目的：探讨纯中药制剂玄黄药膏对大鼠急性软组织损伤模型的损伤组织中白细胞介素1（IL1β）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNFα）的作用，进一步探讨其治疗急性软组织损伤的机理。 方法：SD大鼠72只，造模成功后，随机分为A组（空白对照组）、B组（扶他林组）和C组（玄黄药膏组），分别给予外敷凡士林、扶他林和玄黄药膏治疗，治疗后第1、3、7、10天处死相应组大鼠各6只，测定损伤处组织IL1β、TNFα含量。结果： 与A组、B组相比，C组动物损伤组织中IL1β、TNFα含量明显降低（P<0.05），组内及组间比较，差异仍有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论：玄黄药膏对急性软组织损伤动物模型有较好的抗炎作用，其治疗机理可能与使损伤组织中IL1β、TNFα含量降低有关。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To discuss the influence of Xuan Huang ointment on the content of IL1β, TNFα in part of the injury tissues of rats with acute soft tissue injury. Methods：72 rats with acute soft tissue injury were established and randomly divided into three groups, Group A externally treated by Xuan Huang ointment, Group B by voltaren and Group C by Petroleum jelly. On the 1st, 3rd, 7th, 10th day after treatment, the rats were sacrificed appropriate, and the content of IL1β, TNFα in part of the injury tissues were measured. Results：After treatment, the content of IL1β, TNFα in Group A was significantly lower than Group B and C (P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Xuan Huang ointment for acute soft tissue injury may be related to declining the contents of IL1β, TNFα in part of the injury tissues.
