摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨针灸联合中药冰刺激对脑卒中吞咽障碍疗效及安全性分析的影响。方法：选取脑卒中吞咽障碍患者120例，随机分为两组,对照组常规治疗，观察组针灸联合中药冰刺激治疗。观察两组患者疗效、生活能力及神经功能情况。结果：治疗后，观察组患者SSA评分、蛙田饮水评分及SWALQOL评分分别为（25.69±4.13）分、（2.38±0.42）分、（196.74±25.36）分，显著优于对照组（P＜005）。治疗后观察组显效17例，有效39例，总有效率为9333%。对照组显效12例，有效30例，总有效率70%，观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（P＜005）。治疗后观察组与对照组患者sEMG平均波幅及最大波幅、NIHSS评分均较治疗前显著改善（P＜005），组间比较，观察组上述指标显著优于对照组（P＜005）。结论：针灸联合中药冰刺激能够显著改善吞咽障碍患者神经功能，减轻吞咽困难症状，改善其生活水平，疗效较好。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with ice stimulation of traditional Chinese medicine on the efficacy and safety of swallowing disorder after stroke. Methods：120 patients with dysphagia due to stroke were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine treatment，while the observation group received acupuncture combined with ice stimulation of traditional Chinese medicine. The curative effect，living ability and neurological function of the two groups were observed. Results：After treatment，the SSA score，frog field drinking water score and SWALQOL score in the observation group were（25.69±4.13）、（2.38±0.42）and （196.74±25.36），respectively，which were significantly better than those in the control group (P＜005). After treatment，17 cases were markedly effective in the observation group，39 cases were effective，the total effective rate was 93.33%，12 cases were markedly effective in the control group，and the total effective rate was 70%. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜005).After treatment，the average amplitude of sEMG of the two groups was the highest. Large amplitude and NIHSS scores were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P＜005). Compared with the control group，the above indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P＜005). Conclusion：Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with ice stimulation of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the neurological function of patients with dysphagia，alleviate dysphagia symptoms，and improve their living standards. The curative effect is remarkable，which is worthy of clinical promotion.
