摘要:
摘 要 目的:分析产地、种植方式、采收时期等种植因素对黄芪多糖含量的影响,以期为黄芪质量评价提供科学依据。方法:采用紫外分光光度计法对产自山西、内蒙、东北、甘肃、安徽、陕西种植方式为栽培、野生、半野生,采收期2年、3年、4年、5年、6年的21批黄芪样品中多糖含量进行测定计算。分析产地、种植方式和采收期对多糖的影响。结果:黄芪多糖检测质量浓度的线性范围为0010.13 mg/ml,测量过程具有良好精密度、稳定性和重复性,加样回收率达97.66%。从产地分析,山西产黄芪中黄芪多糖含量最高,内蒙、东北次之,陕西、安徽较低。从种植方式分析,人工栽培黄芪中黄芪多糖高于半野生和野生品,半野生高于野生。从采收期分析3年生黄芪中黄芪多糖含量最高,2年生次之,6年生最低。结论:紫外分光光度计法测量黄芪多糖具有操作简单,稳定性、重复性高,价格低廉等优点,可用于黄芪多糖含量测定。黄芪产地、种植方式和采收期是影响其质量的主要因素。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To analyze the effects of planting factors such as origin,planting method and harvesting period on the content of polysaccharides in Astragalus,in order to provide a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of Astragalus. Methods:The UV spectrophotometer was used to measure the content of polysaccharide in the sample of Astragalus membranaceus from different producing areas (Shanxi,Inner Mongolia,Northeast,Gansu,Anhui,Shaanxi),different planting methods (cultivation,wild,semiwild),different growth periods (2 years,3 years,4 years,5 years,6 years. Analyze the effects of origin,planting methods and harvesting period on polysaccharides. Results:The linear concentration range of the polysaccharide concentration of Astragalus membranaceus polysaccharide was 0010.13 mg/ml. The measurement process had good precision,stability and repeatability,and the recovery rate of sample addition was 97.66%. In terms of origins:the content of polysaccharides in Astragalus membranaceus produced in Shanxi was the highest,followed by Inner Mongolia and Northeast China,and lower in Shaanxi and Anhui. In terms of planting method,the artificial cultivation of Astragalus membranaceus polysaccharides was higher than the semiwild and wild products,semiwild was higher than wild. In terms of harvesting period:the content of polysaccharides in Astragalus membranaceus was the highest in the growth period of 3 years,followed by 2 years and the lowest in 6 years. Conclusion:The ultraviolet spectrophotometer method has the advantages of simple operation,high stability,high repeatability and low price,and can be used for the determination of Astragalus membranaceus polysaccharide content. The origin,cultivation method and harvesting period of Astragalus membranaceus are the main factors affecting its quality.
