摘 要 目的：探讨加味桂枝芍药知母汤对活动期寒热错杂型类风湿关节炎患者ESR、CRP和RF的调控作用。方法：选取活动期寒热错杂型类风湿关节炎患者106例，随机分为对照组和研究组各53例，对照组采用常规西药治疗，研究组加用加味桂枝芍药知母汤治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后ESR、CRP及RF水平差异、症状改善情况、临床疗效及不良发生率。结果：两组患者治疗后ESR、CRP及RF水平均较治疗前有所降低，研究组治疗后ESR（29.24±12.16）mm/h、CRP（31.24±12.06）mm/L、RF（69.54±31.51）IU/ml，对照组治疗后ESR（52.01±15.35）mm/h、CRP(54.05±26.27) mm/L、RF（112.15±43.06）IU/ml，两组各指标对比，研究组显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗总有效率（92.5%）显著高于对照组（73.6%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）； 研究组治疗后压痛关节数、肿胀关节数、晨僵时间显著低于对照组，握力显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对照组不良发生率为7.5%， 研究组不良发生率为11.3%，两组对比不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：加味桂枝芍药知母汤能有效缓解活动期寒热错杂型类风湿关节炎症状，降低ESR与CRP及RF水平，且不良反应较少。
