摘要:
摘 要 目的:优选了海南黎药冰糖草茎叶中总黄酮成分提取工艺。方法:采用L16(45)正交试验,以冰糖草茎叶中总黄酮得率为考察指标,考察乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声温度、超声功率和液料比5个因素对总黄酮得率的影响。结果:海南黎药冰糖草茎叶中总黄酮提取的最佳工艺为80 %乙醇浓度、80 min超声时间、50 ℃超声温度、250 W超声功率、30∶1 ml/g液料比,此条件下总黄酮得率达25.36 mg/g。结论:应用该工艺提取黎药冰糖草茎叶中总黄酮,总黄酮得率较高,方便可行,为黎药冰糖草中总黄酮提取工艺的确定提供实验依据。
Abstract:
Abstract Objection:To optimize the extraction technology of total flavoniods in the Leaves and Stems of Hainan Li Folk Medicine Scoparia dulcis L.Methods:By orthogonal design L16(45),we changed the ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic power and ratio of liquid tosolid in order to obtain highest extraction rate of total flavonoids.Results:The best technological parameters for extraction of total flavonoids in the Leaves and Stems of Hainan Li Folk Medicine Scoparia dulcis L.are as follows:ethanol concentration of 80 %,ultrasonic time of 80 min,ultrasonic temperature of 50 ℃,ultrasonic power of 250 W,liquid solid ratio of 30:1 ml/g. Under such condition, the yields of total flavonoids were 25.36 mg/g. With high extraction yields of total flavonoids, this technologogy is simple and feasible.Conclusion:This study provides experimental basis for extraction of total flavonoids from in the Leaves and Stems of Hainan Li Folk Medicine Scoparia dulcis L.
