摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨肝苏胶囊联合水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝合并慢性乙肝的临床疗效。方法：将226例非酒精性脂肪肝合并慢性乙肝患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组患者均进行常规治疗，包括给予恩替卡韦等，对照组另给予水飞蓟宾胶囊， 治疗组在对照组的基础上，给予肝苏胶囊。治疗后，评价两组近期疗效。治疗前后，检测两组HBV DNA载量；检测两组肝功能指标\[天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、白蛋白（ALB）、总胆红素（TBIL）及谷丙转氨酶（ALT）\]；检测两组氧化应激指标\[血红素加氧酶（HO1）、细胞色素P4502E1（CYP2E1)、8羟基脱氧鸟苷（8OHDG）及髓过氧化物酶（MPO）\]。治疗前后，检测两组患者超声指标（肝右Vmax、脾静脉内径、门静脉内径及脾厚度）。结果：治疗后，治疗组有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗组HBV DNA载量明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗组肝功能指标、氧化应激指标及超声指标改善程度均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：肝苏胶囊联合水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝合并慢性乙肝疗效较好 。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To observe the effects of Gansu capsules combined with silibinin capsules in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and chronic hepatitis B. Methods:226 patients of chronic hepatitis B with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were divided into treatment group and control group by a randomly way. The patients of 2 groups were given by regular treatment，including entecavir，the control group was treated by silibinin capsules，while the Gansu capsules was given in treatment group. After treatment，the effects of patients were observed. Before and after treatment，the levels of liver function indicators \[AST，ALB，TBIL and ALT\]，oxidative stress indicators \[Ho1，CYP2E1，8OHDG and MPO\] were detected in the two groups. Before and after treatment，the levels of ultrasonographic indicators (Vmax of right liver，internal diameter of spleen vein，internal diameter of portal vein and spleen thickness) were detected in the 2 groups. Results:After the treatment，the effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than control group (P＜0.05). After the treatment，liver function indicators，oxidative stress indicators and ultrasonographic indicators were significantly improved in the 2 groups，while the treatment group was significantly promoted than control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion:Gansu capsules combined with silibinin capsules in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and chronic hepatitis B is affirmative.
