摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨血府逐瘀汤联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法：选取100例急性脑梗死患者进行研究，随机分为两组，50例对照组采用阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗，50例观察组则在对照组治疗的基础上配合使用治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果及对患者神经功能及日常生活能力的影响。结果：观察组患者与对照组患者的临床疗效分别为90.0%、70.0%，组间差异性显著，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗前对比神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）无较大差异（P>0.05），治疗后两组患者NIHSS评分均有所改善，但观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05），两组患者治疗前对比日常生活能力评分（Barthel指数）无较大差异（P>0.05），治疗后两组患者Barthel指数均有所改善，但观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：给予急性脑梗死患者血府逐瘀汤联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗效果和临床价值显著。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective: Investigate the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy on neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction and the ability of daily life. Methods: The study was performed in 100 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were treated, patients were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases of control group with alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy, 50 cases in the observation group were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, compared two groups of patients and the effect on neurological function and ability of daily life.Results: The observation group and the control group of patients with clinical curative effect were 90%, 70%, a significant difference between groups, with statistical significance (P<0.05); comparison of neural function defect score before treatment in two groups (NIHSS) had no significant difference (P>0.05), after the treatment of two patients with NIHSS were improved, observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05), daily life ability score compared with those before treatment in two groups (Barthel index) had no significant difference (P>0.05), after treatment of patients with Barthel index of two groups were improved, observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect and clinical value of thrombolytic thrombolysis in the patients with acute cerebral infarction are clinically significant and can be widely used in clinic.
