摘 要 目的：观察自拟赤芍甘草汤联合利伐沙班片治疗下肢深静脉血栓临床疗效。方法：选择我院普外科收治的下肢深静脉血栓患者75例，分为对照组38例和观察组37例，其中对照组患者仅给予利伐沙班治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上联用自拟赤芍甘草汤，比较两组患者血液流变学指标、凝血功能及临床疗效。结果：治疗后，观察组患者血液流变学指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者凝血功能，部分APTT、PT高于对照组(P<0.05)，DDimer低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者炎症因子水平，Il1β、IL18及TNFα水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者总有效率94.59%高于对照组73.68%(P<0.05)。结论：自拟赤芍甘草汤联合利伐沙班片能够改善下肢深静脉血栓患者血液流变学指标及凝血功能，降低炎症水平，提高患者临床疗效。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Chishao Gancao prescription combined with rivaroxaban tablets in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods: 75 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity admitted to our hospital were divided into control group (38 cases) and observation group (37 cases). The control group was only treated with rivaroxaban. The observation group was treated with rivaoxaban combined with Chishao Gancao prescription was used to compare the blood rheology index, coagulation function and clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results: After treatment, the blood rheology indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The blood coagulation function, APTT and PT of the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). DDimer was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Inflammatory factor levels,Il1β, IL were observed in the observation group. IL18 and TNFαlevels were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.59% higher than that of the control group (73.68%) (P<0.05). Conclusion: Chishao Gancao prescription combined with rivaroxaban tablets can improve the blood rheology index and coagulation function of patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities, reduce the level of inflammation, and improve the clinical efficacy of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
