摘要:
摘 要 崩漏是以出血为主要表现的妇科急重症，出血期止血为要务，崩漏出血期的治疗不能见血止血，枉用收敛固涩药，而应详辨病因病机，选择合适的塞流之法。瘀血在崩漏一病的发生、发展过程中起着非常重要的作用，逐瘀止崩法从瘀论治崩漏出血期，采用通因通用，祛除瘀血而达到塞流的目的，临床上屡见良效，值得我们深入探讨。本文从中医学对瘀血致崩的认识、崩漏出血期的治疗特点、逐瘀止崩法治疗崩漏出血期的立论依据、逐瘀止血汤的研究、逐瘀止崩法的临床应用等方面进行阐述，以期为中医药治疗崩漏出血期，提供更多可以借鉴的思路和方法。
Abstract:
Abstract Metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is a gynecological emergency with hemorrhage as the main manifestation, and hemostasis during hemorrhage was the most important, the treatment during metrorrhagia and metrostaxis cannot see the blood and stop bleeding, excessive use of astringent drugs should be avoid, the etiology and pathogenesis should be identified in detail, and the appropriate hemostasis method should be chosen. Blood stasis plays a very important role in the occurrence and development of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, from the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis in hemorrhage period by means of the method of eliminating blood stasis and stopping metrorrhagia, the use of removing blood stasis and achieve the purpose of stopping bleeding of good results in clinical practice.It was worth indepth discussion. This article elaborates on the understanding of TCM on blood stasis causing metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, the treatment characteristics of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis bleeding period, the theoretical basis for the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis bleeding period by eliminating blood stasis and stopping bleed, the research of Zhuyu Zhixue decoction, and the clinical application of Zhuyu Zhibeng method, so as to provide more ideas and methods for the treatment of avalanche bleeding period by TCM.
