摘要:
摘 要 目的：观察苦参汤加减方熏洗对肛周瘙痒的临床疗效及对外周血P物质的影响。方法：选取肛周瘙痒患者90例，随机分成对照组和观察组，各45例。观察组采用苦参汤加减方熏洗，对照组采用一般中药熏洗，3个疗程后观察两组疗效、外周血P物质水平和皮肤瘙痒指数积分。结果：①两组临床总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组优于对照组。②治疗后两组患者SP含量均较治疗前降低，其中观察组降低的幅度更为明显（P＜0.05）。③治疗前两组患者皮肤瘙痒指数积分的比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，具有可比性，治疗后两组均可降低皮肤瘙痒指数积分，观察组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：苦参汤加减方熏洗在治疗肛周瘙痒症的临床疗效显著，作用机理可能与减少患者外周血P物质含量有关。 
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Kushen decoction fumigation on perianal itching and to analyze the effect of P substance on peripheral blood. Methods：90 patients with perianalis pruritus were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The observation group was treated with Kushen decoction fumigation，the control group was treated with general Chinese medicine fumigation，3 courses after observation of the two groups of efficacy，Blood P substance level and skin itching index integral.Results：①The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant，the observation group was superior to the control group. ② The SP content of the two groups was lower than that before treatment，and the amplitude of the observation group was more obvious (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of skin itching index between the two groups before treatment . Compared with the control group，the two groups could reduce the score of skin itching index in the observation group . Conclusion：The effect of Kushen decoction fumigation on the treatment of perianal pruritus is significant，and the mechanism may be related to the decrease of substance P in peripheral blood of patients.
