摘要:
摘 要 目的:观察温针灸对KOA的治疗效果,并利用超声监测温针灸对关节腔积液、滑膜厚度、血液循环和关节功能的影响。方法:选取KOA患者为观察对象,并根据其治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组给予药物及手法治疗,观察组给予温针灸治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后关节腔积液、滑膜厚度、血液循环、膝关节功能和症状改善的差异。结果:两组患者治疗前的关节腔积液、滑膜厚度、血液循环情况无差别,治疗后,观察组患者的关节腔积液、滑膜厚度低于对照组,血流信号情况优于对照组;两组患者治疗前症状无差别,治疗后,观察组患者膝周压痛、关节活动度、关节肿胀和总分低于对照组;经过治疗后,观察组患者的VAS评分、Lequesne评分均低于对照组,关节活动度高于对照组,生活质量优于对照组。结论:温针灸对KOA的治疗效果较好,采用超声监测发现其可明显改善患者膝关节微循环和关节功能。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective :To observe the therapeutic effect of warming needle moxibustion on KOA,and observe the effusion of intraoperative ultrasound on synovial fluid,synovial thickness,blood circulation and joint function. Methods :KOA patients were divided into control group and observation group according to their treatment. Among them,the control group was given medicine and manipulation,while the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture. The differences of joint cavity effusion,synovial thickness,blood circulation,knee function and symptom improvement were observed in the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results:After treatment,the joint effusion and synovial thickness of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the blood flow signals were better than those of the control group. There was no difference in the symptoms of the two groups before treatment. After treatment,the patients in the observation group were lower than the control group in the knee pressure pain,joint activity,joint swelling and total score. the VAS score and Lequesne score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the range of motion of the joints was higher than that of the control group. There was no difference in the quality of life between the two groups before treatment. After treatment,the quality of life of the patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion on KOA is better. The ultrasonic monitoring can improve the microcirculation and joint function of the knee joint.
