摘 要 目的:探讨针灸治疗脑卒中后偏瘫颈肩痛患者的疼痛改善及对预后的影响。方法:回顾性分析脑卒中后偏瘫颈肩痛128例患者的诊疗情况。按照康复治疗方式的不同，分成研究组和对照组，每组64例。对照组给予患者常规康复治疗，研究组对患者实施常规康复治疗的基础上给予针灸治疗。治疗1个月后，比较分析两组患者疼痛改善和预后状况。结果:研究组总有效率明显高于对照组（90.62%和62.50%，P＜0.05）；研究组NFDS评分（13.15±3.75）分低于对照组（18.24±1.36）分，两组NFDS评分比较显著（P＜0.05）；研究组FCA和ADL分别为（65.12±14.56）分、（85.73±12.43）分，明显高于对照组（51.32±11.21分、60.23±12.45分），两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；在两组患者治疗期间均未产生不良反应，治疗安全性良好。结论:针灸能有效改善脑卒中后偏瘫颈肩痛患者的疼痛及预后状况，提高患者治疗后生活质量，值得应用。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture on pain improvement and prognosis in patients with Poststroke hemiplegia neck shoulder pain after stroke.Methods：128 patients with hemiplegia and neck pain after stroke. According to different rehabilitation methods they were divided into study group and control group with 64 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment and the research group was given acupuncture treatment on the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment.One month after treatment the pain improvement and prognosis of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results：The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (90.62% vs 62.50%，P＜0.05). The NFDS score of the study group (13.15±3.75) compared with the control group (18.24±1.36) the NFDS scores of the two groups were significantly higher (P＜0.05). The FCA and ADL of the study group were (65.12±14.56 points，85.73±12.43points) which were significantly higher than the control group (51.32±11.21）points，（60.23±12.45）points，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05)，and there were no adverse reactions during the treatment in both groups.Conclusion:Acupuncture measures can effectively improve the pain and prognosis of patients with hemiplegia and neck pain after stroke and improve the quality of life after treatment. 
