摘 要 目的：研究腕踝针结合自拟活血通络方外敷治疗全膝关节置换术( TKA) 后的镇痛效果。方法：选取90例 TKA 患者随机分为阳性对照组、腕踝针组和腕踝针结合自拟活血通络方组，对照组采用口服COX2 抑制剂塞来昔布，腕踝针组在对照组基础上加用腕踝针，腕踝针结合活血通络方组在腕踝针组基础上加用自拟活血通络方组。记录三组患者VAS数值、HSS评分、关节活动度和镇痛过程中发生的不良反应等指标。结果：疼痛评分VAS数值、HSS评分和关节活动度在治疗后第7天、15天、1个月后腕踝针结合自拟活血通络方组相较于阳性对照组有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。不良反应发生情况比较，三组不具有统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论:腕踝针对全膝关节置换术后痛具有镇痛效果，不增加患者不良反应，同时具有价廉、副作用少等优点。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To study the analgesic effect of wristankle acupuncture combined with external application of Huoxue Tongluo recipe on total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Methods：Ninety patients with TKA were randomly divided into a positive control group，a wristankle group and a wristankle acupuncture group，and the control group was treated with oral COX2 inhibitor celecoxib. On the basis of the control group，the acupuncture group was treated with a wristtwisting needle，and the wristankleneedle combined with the selfmade Huoxue Tongluo group was added to the group of the bloodsucking and collaterals on the basis of the wristankle group. The VAS values， HSS scores，joint mobility，and adverse reactions during analgesia were recorded in the three groups. Results：The VAS values，HSS scores，and joint mobility of the pain scores were statistically significant after the 7th，15th，and 1st posttreatment of the wristankle combined with the Huoxue Tongluo recipe group (P＜0.05). There was no statistical difference between the three groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion ：The ankle wrist sputum has an analgesic effect on pain after total knee arthroplasty，and it does not increase the adverse reactions of patients，and has the advantages of low cost and few side effects.
