摘要:
摘 要 目的: 探讨关节松动术结合中医治法对桡骨远端骨折患者的骨折愈合以及关节功能恢复的影响。方法： 选取78例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象。随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各39例。两组均进行外固定架、石膏或切口复位固定等治疗，对照组给予功能锻炼，观察组给予中药熏蒸、关节松动术结合中医推拿手法治疗。比较两组治疗后骨折完全愈合时间、握力情况、腕关节活动度及功能恢复情况。结果：两组治疗前腕关节活动度比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组尺偏角及掌倾角均明显升高（P<0.05）；观察组升高幅度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患侧肢握力明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组健侧握力及骨折完全愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组治疗后主观、客观及总评分均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者残余畸形及并发症评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组腕关节功能优良率97.44%（38/39）明显高于对照组84.62%（33/39），（P<0.05）。结论： 关节松动术结合中医治法可促进桡骨远端骨折后骨折愈合及腕关节功能的康复，临床应用效果显著。
