摘 要 目的：观察参丹散结胶囊联合核磁共振引导下的高强度聚焦超声消融治疗妇科恶性肿瘤骨转移的临床疗效。方法：将218例妇科恶性肿瘤骨转移患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组均给予核磁共振引导下的高强度聚焦超声消融；观察组另给予参丹散结胶囊。治疗结束后，评定两组治疗效果。治疗前后，评价两组生活质量评分（躯体功能、社会功能、情绪功能、认知功能及角色功能），机体功能评分（疼痛程度、生活能力、行走能力及思维能力）。治疗前后，检测两组骨代谢标记物含量\[β-胶原特殊序列（β-CrossLaps）、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b（TRACP5b）、1型原胶原N-端前肽（P1NP）及血骨钙素（BGP）\]。结果：治疗后，观察组客观缓解率及疾病控制率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组躯体功能、社会功能、情绪功能、认知功能及角色功能评分均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），而疼痛程度、生活能力、行走能力及思维能力评分亦明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组β-CrossLaps、TRACP5b、P1NP及BGP改善程度均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：参丹散结胶囊联合核磁共振引导下的高强度聚焦超声消融治疗妇科恶性肿瘤骨转移疗效较好。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the effect of Danshen Sanjie capsule combined with magnetic resonance imaging guided high intensity focused ultrasound ablation in the treatment of gynecologic malignant tumor bone metastasis. Methods: 218 patients with gynecologic malignant tumor bone metastasis were divided into observation and control group. The control group was treated by high intensity focused ultrasound ablation，while observation group was treated by Danshen Sanjie capsule. After the treatment，the effects were observed. Before and after treatment，the scores of living quality，including cognitive，social，role，physical and emotional function were observed，while the body function scores (pain level，life ability，walking ability and thinking ability) in the 2 groups were observed. Before and after treatment，the levels of P1NP，β-CrossLaps，TRACP5b and BGP were detected. Results: After the treatment，the objective response and clinical benefit rates of observation group were significantly higher than control group (P＜0.05). After the treatment，the scores of living quality were significantly higher in observation group than control group (P＜0.05)，while body function scores were also significantly higher in observation group than control group (P＜0.05). After the treatment，the levels of P1NP，β-CrossLaps，TRACP5b and BGP were obviously promoted in observation group than control group (P＜0.05). Conclusions: Danshen Sanjie capsule with magnetic resonance imaging guided high intensity focused ultrasound ablation in the treatment of gynecologic malignant tumor bone metastasis can improve the clinical efficacy.
