摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨血必净注射液对老年重症肺炎患者肠黏膜屏障与氧供状态的影响。方法：选取老年重症肺炎患者80例，依据随机分配的原则分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组进行常规重症肺炎治疗，观察组则在对照组的基础上加用血必净注射液治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果、治疗前后的临床肺部感染评分、炎症反应指标、肠黏膜屏障与氧供状态指标。结果：观察组治疗3 d、7 d后临床总有效率分别为75.00%及97.50%，显著高于对照组的52.50%及80.00%，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）。治疗前两组的临床肺部感染评分、炎症反应指标、肠黏膜屏障与氧供状态指标比较，差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0.05）。治疗后3 d、7 d两组的上述指标均明显改善，且观察组的临床肺部感染评分、炎症反应指标、肠黏膜屏障与氧供状态指标优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）。结论：血必净注射液对老年重症肺炎患者肠黏膜屏障与氧供状态的影响更为积极，有助于此类老年患者疾病状态的改善。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To investigate the influence of Xuebijing injection for the intestinal mucosal barrier and oxygen supply state of elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods：80 elderly patients with severe pneumonia were chosen as the study object，and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random distribution，each group respectively included 40 cases.The control group were routine treatment of severe pneumonia，the observation group were treated with Xuebijing injection on the treatment of control group.Clinical effect，clinical pulmonary infection score，inflammatory reaction indexes，intestinal mucosal barrier and oxygen supply state indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results：The total effective rates of observation group at third and seventh day after the treatment were respectively 75.00% and 97.50%，and they were significantly higher than 52.50% and 80.00% of control group，the difference between control group and observation group was statistically significant（ P ＜0.05）.The clinical pulmonary infection score，inflammatory reaction indexes，intestinal mucosal barrier and oxygen supply state indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared，the differences between control group and observation group were not statistically significant（ P ＞0.05）.Those indexes of two groups at third and seventh day after the treatment were all obviously improved，and the clinical pulmonary infection score，inflammatory reaction indexes，intestinal mucosal barrier and oxygen supply state indexes of observation group were all better than those of control group，the differences between control group and observation group were all statistically significant（ P ＜0.05）.Conclusion：The influence of Xuebijing injection for the intestinal mucosal barrier and oxygen supply state of elderly patients with severe pneumonia are more active. It is helpful for the improvement of disease state of these elderly patients.
