摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨养正消积胶囊联合心理干预对晚期胃癌疗效、生活质量及情绪的影响。方法：观察120例晚期胃癌患者，按照随机数字表分为两组，每组60例，对照组予XELOX方案，即奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨进行常规治疗，观察组在此基础上加用养正消积胶囊联合心理治疗。结果：观察组显效28例，有效20例，无效12例；对照组显效17例，有效11例，无效21例，观察组总有效率80%，显著高于对照组总有效率65%（ P ＜0.05）。观察组RR33%、DCR73%均显著高于对照组30%及63%（ P ＜0.05）。两组中医症状体征治疗前无统计学差异（ P ＞0.05），自身前后比较有显著性差异（ P ＜0.05），且观察组积分显著低于对照组（ P ＜0.05）；干预后，观察组生活质量评分均显著优于对照组（ P ＜0.05）。两组患者HAMD评分、HAMA评分均显著降低（ P ＜0.05），且观察组显著低于对照组（ P ＜0.05）。结论：养正消积胶囊联合心理干预可提高晚期胃癌患者近期疗效，提高生活质量，缓解焦虑情绪。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To explore the effects of Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule combined with psychological intervention on the efficacy quality of life and emotion in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Medthods：120 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted were observed，and were divided into two groups according to the random number table，with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given the XELOX scheme，that is，oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine for routine treatment.On this basis，the observation group was added with Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule combined with psychological treatment.Results：In the observation group，there were 28 cases with obvious effect，20 cases with effective effect，and 12 cases with ineffective effect.In the control group，there were 17 cases with obvious effect，11 cases with effective effect and 21 cases with ineffective effect.In the observation group，the total effective rate was 80% significantly higher than that in the control group，which was 65% ( P ＜ 0.05).RR 33% and DCR 73% in the observation group were significantly higher than 30% and DCR 63% in the control group ( P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM symptoms and signs before treatment between the two groups ( P ＞ 0.05)，there was significant difference before and after treatment ( P ＜ 0.05)，and the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P ＜ 0.05).After the intervention，the quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group ( P ＜ 0.05) .HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups were significantly reduced ( P ＜0.05)，and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group ( P ＜0.05) .Conclusion：Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule combined with psychological intervention can improve the short-term efficacy of patients with advanced gastric cancer，improve the quality of life and alleviate anxiety，which is worth promoting.
