摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨益肾通癃汤联合低频电刺激治疗宫颈癌术后尿潴留的疗效及安全性。方法：对80例宫颈癌术后尿潴留患者，按照随机数字表法分为两组，每组40例，对照组予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用益肾通癃汤联合低频电刺激治疗。系统观察两组临床疗效及药物不良反应。结果：观察组总有效率95%高于对照组77.5%（ P ＜0.05）。两组残留尿量、VAS、膀胱最大容量、逼尿肌顺应性、最大尿流率、逼尿肌压力均显著低于治疗前( P ＜0.05)，且观察组均显著低于对照组( P ＜0.05)，膀胱初感容量显著高于治疗前( P ＜0.05)，且观察组显著高于对照组( P ＜0.05)。观察组导尿管留置时间（10.27±1.82）d和剩余尿量（54.26±14.17）ml均显著少于对照组尿管滞留时间（14.51±3.26）d和剩余尿量（95.68±18.54）ml（ P ＜0.05)。观察组并发症发生率均显著低于对照组（ P ＜0.05）。结论：益肾通癃汤联合低频电刺激治疗宫颈癌术后尿潴留疗效显著,且无明显毒副作用，安全性较高。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of Yishen Tonglong decoction combined with low frequency electrical stimulation in the treatment of postoperative urinary retention in cervical cancer.Methods：80 patients with postoperative urinary retention of cervical cancer admitted were divided into two groups according to the random number table，40 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment，and the observation group added benefit to the control group.Yishen Tonglong decoction combined with low frequency electrical stimulation treatment.Systematic observation，clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions in both groups.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 95% higher than that of the control group 77.5%（ P ＜0.05）.Residual urine volume，VAS，maximum bladder volume，detrusor compliance，maximum urinary flow rate，and detrusor pressure were significantly lower in the two groups ( P ＜0.05)，and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group ( P ＜0.05).The bladder initial sensation capacity was significantly higher than before treatment ( P ＜0.05)，and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（ P ＜0.05）.The catheter retention time (10.27±1.82) d and residual urine volume (54.26±14.17) ml were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (14.51±3.26) d and residual urine volume (95.68±18.54) ml( P ＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P ＜0.05）.Conclusion：Yishen Tonglong decoction combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation has significant curative effect on postoperative urinary retention in cervical cancer，and it has no obvious side effects and high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
