摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨滋肾益坤清心汤联合地屈孕酮对卵巢早衰患者性激素水平及免疫指标的影响。方法：选择卵巢早衰患者112例，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组56例。对照组患者给予雌激素联合地屈孕酮治疗，观察组给予滋肾益坤清心汤联合地屈孕酮治疗。共治疗3个月经周期。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后性激素水平和血清免疫球蛋白水平、不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为94.64%高于对照组治疗总有效率的82.14%（ P ＜0.05）。观察组治疗后FSH和LH水平低于对照组，E2水平高于对照组（ P ＜0.05）。观察组治疗后血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA水平高于对照组（ P ＜0.05）。观察组不良反应总发生率为5.36%低于对照组不良反应发生率的19.64%（ P ＜0.05）。结论：滋肾益坤清心汤联合地屈孕酮可有效改善心肾失交证卵巢早衰患者的临床症状，增加免疫力，有助于卵巢功能恢复，在提高临床治疗效果的同时降低了不良反应发生率。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To explore the effects of Zishen Yikun Qingxin decoction combined with megestrol acetate on sex hormone levels and immune indexes in patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods：112 patients with premature ovarian failure were selected.Patients were divided into observation group and control group，56 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given estrogen combined with megestrol acetate，and the observation group was treated with Zishen Yikun Qingxin decoction combined with megestrol acetate.A total of 3 menstrual cycles were treated.The clinical efficacy，sex hormone level，serum immunoglobulin level and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results：Total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.64% higher than that of the control group 82.14%( P ＜0.05).The level of FSH and LH in the observation group was lower than that of the control group，and the level of E2 was higher than that of the control group ( P ＜0.05).The level of serum immunoglobulin，IgM and IgA in the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P ＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.36%，which was lower than that in the control group (19.64%) ( P ＜0.05).Conclusion：Combination of Zishen Yikun Qingxin decoction combined with megestrol acetate can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with premature ovarian failure in the heart and kidney syndrome，increase the immunity，help to recover the ovarian function，improve the effect of clinical treatment and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
