摘要:
摘 要 目的：观察中药保留灌肠联合八段锦治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症湿热瘀结型患者90例的临床疗效。方法：将宫腹腔镜术后90例患者按手术先后顺序随机分组：A组（紫花盆炎汤保留灌肠）、B组（紫花盆炎汤保留灌肠八段锦）、C组（空白组），给予相应干预措施，连续观察6月，每3个月记录三组患者盆腔炎证候积分，记录妊娠率(宫内妊娠、异位妊娠)。结果：A组、B组、C组患者的总治疗有效率分别为70.00%、86.67%、43.33%；妊娠率分别是46.67%、60.00%、23.33%。组间临床疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。组间治疗前后比较，A组、B组总治疗有效率及妊娠率明显高于C组，且B组更高于A组，三组数据差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；组间治疗前后差值比较，治疗3个月后，B组患者的中医证候积分明显低于A组与C组患者；治疗6个月后，A组与B组患者的中医证候积分明显低于C组，且B组低于A组，三组数据差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中药保留灌肠联合八段锦功法锻炼治疗宫腹腔镜术后输卵管阻塞性不孕症湿热瘀结型患者，可显著提高妊娠率，改善不适症状，且疗效稳定。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：Observations on treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility of ShiRe-YuJie by traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with Baduanjin in treating 90 cases.Methods：90 case of gynecological ward after hysteroscopy were randomly divided into three groups:Group A(retention enema),Group B(retention enema combined with Baduanjin)、Group C(black group),given some appropriate interventions,continuous observation for 6 months,to record the syndrome score of pelvic inflammatory disease in the three groups and pregnancy rate（uterine pregnancy、ectopic pregnancy）.Results： The total effectiveness of Group A,Group B and Group C were as follows 70.00%,86.67%,43.33%,pregnancy rates were as follows 46.67%,60.00%,23.33%.There was statistical significance between the three groups(P＜0.05).Comparison between groups before and after treatment,The total effective rate and pregnancy rate in group A and B were significantly higher than those in group C,and group B was higher than group A.The difference among the three groups was significant,which was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Comparison of difference between groups before and after treatment,after three months of treatment,the TCM symptom score in group B was significantly lower than those in group A and group C;after six months of treatment,The scores of TCM syndromes in group A and group B were significantly lower than those in group C,and group B was lower than group A.The difference among the three groups was significant,which was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion：Oviduct obstructive infertility of ShiRe-YuJie by traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with Baduanjin,can remarkably improve pregnancy rate,improve symptoms of discomfort,〖LM〗and has stable curative effect.
