摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨逍遥越鞠汤加味治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生病的临床效果。方法：选取 68例肝郁气滞型乳腺增生患者，按随机数字表法分组，对应随机数字偶数者为观察组（口服逍遥越鞠汤加味），奇数者为对照组（口服逍遥丸和维生素B1），每组34例。观察两组乳房疼痛缓解时间、彩色超声影像学检查乳腺组织改善情况及临床疗效。结果：观察组疼痛缓解平均时间（10.09±3.20）d明显小于对照组（20.32±6.66）d；观察组彩色超声影像学检查乳房组织改善情况明显优于对照组；观察组总有效率（92.8％）高于对照组（67.6％）。结论：逍遥越鞠汤加味治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生病效果良好。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaoyao Yueju decoction in the treatment of hypertrophic mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods:68 patients with hepatic qi stagnation and hyperplasia of mammary glands were selected according to the random number table method.The corresponding random number was observed group(orally administered Xiaoyao Yueju decoction),and the odd number was control group(oral Xiaoyao pill and vitamin B1),34 cases in each group.The breast pain relief time,color ultrasound imaging,breast tissue improvement and clinical efficacy were observed.Results:The average time of pain relief in the observation group(10.09±3.20)d was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.32±6.66)d.The improvement of breast tissue in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group(92.8%) higher than the control group(67.6%).Conclusion:Xiaoyao Yueju decoction is effective in treating liver qi stagnation type mammary gland hyperplasia.
