摘 要 目的：分析研究补阳还五汤加减配合针刺回阳九针穴联合康复训练在治疗中风后遗症中的作用。方法：选取60例脑中风后遗症患者作为研究对象，将其均分为两组，观察组30例，采用补阳还五汤加减配合针刺回阳九针穴联合康复训练的综合治疗方案；对照组30例，采用单一康复训练的治疗方法。观察对比两组患者治疗总有效率、神经功能缺损程度、Barthel指数评分及中医证候情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后神经功能缺损评分明显比对照组低（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后Barthel指数评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组中医证候积分显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：给予中风后遗症患者补阳还五汤加减配合针刺回阳九针穴联合康复训练的综合治疗方案，能有效提升治疗效果，具有优越性。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Huiyangnine points acupuncture and rehabilitation training in the treatment of stroke sequelae.Methods： 60 patients with cerebral apoplexy sequelae were selected as the research object and divided into two groups equally.30 cases in the observation group were treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Huiyang nine points acupuncture and rehabilitation training,while 30 casesin the control group were treated withsingle rehabilitation training.The total effective rate,the degree of neurological deficit,Barthel index score and muscle strength and language improvement were compared between the two groups.Results：The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).The score of neurological deficit in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The Barthel index score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The strength and language status of upper limbs and lower limbs in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion：The comprehensive treatment regimen of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Huiyang nine points acupuncture and rehabilitation training in the treatment of patients with stroke sequelae can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and has advantages.
