摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨加味桂枝芍药知母汤治疗寒热错杂型类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法：收集80例寒热错杂型类风湿关节炎患者随机分为两组，对照组患者给予常规治疗，联合组患者则加用加味桂枝芍药知母汤，比较两组患者关节压痛、肿胀、晨僵、握力与检验指标、中医证候主症、次症与总体评分、总体治疗效果与生活质量。结果：联合组患者治疗后关节压痛个数、关节肿胀个数、晨僵时间、ESR、CRP与RF水平组间比较均显著性低于对照组，握力水平显著性高于对照组；治疗后关节压痛、关节肿胀、屈伸不利与晨僵、皮肤发红、阴雨天加重与畏恶风寒等主症或次症评分与中医证候总分组间比较显著性低于对照组；末期随访穿衣梳洗、起立、行走、够物握物、活动与HAQ总分组间比较显著性低于对照组；总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：加味桂枝芍药知母汤治疗寒热错杂型类风湿关节炎的临床疗效显著，具有借鉴意义。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups.patients in the control group received routine treatment,and patients in the combined group were treated with Jiawei Guizhi peony Zhimu decoction.Compare the two groups of patients with joint tenderness,swelling,morning stiffness,grip strength and test indicators,TCM syndrome main symptoms,secondary disease and overall score,overall treatment effect and quality of life.Results:The number of joint tenderness,joint swelling,morning stiffness,ESR,CRP and RF levels were significantly lower in the combined group than in the control group.The grip strength was significantly higher than the control group;The tenderness,joint swelling,flexion and extension,and morning stiffness,redness of the skin,aggravation of the rainy days,and aggravation of the main symptoms or secondary symptoms were significantly lower than those of the control group.The final follow-up dressing and grooming,The standing,walking,enough grip,activity and HAQ total group were significantly lower than the control group;the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Jiawei Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction in the treatment of cold and hot mixed rheumatoid arthritis is significant and can be used for reference.
