摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨通腑宣肺汤对脓毒症急性肺损伤大鼠的感染指标以及肺组织学变化。方法：将120只SD大鼠随机分为正常空白组、模型空白组、生理盐水组、中药小剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药大剂量组六组。六组中的生理盐水组、中药组给予盲肠结扎穿孔术法复制脓毒症动物模型；模型空白组给予手术组常规进行开腹，放置，关腹等环节。中药各剂量组分别于造模后相应时间给予不同剂量中药灌胃，生理盐水组、模型组分别给予生理盐水灌胃。观察48 h后各组大鼠的内毒素、降钙素原、血气分析以及肺组织病理学变化。结果：模型空白组与各剂量中药组其各项指标组间比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)，中药各剂量组指标部分差异显著；中药各组其肺组织病理学较模型组及生理盐水组变化明显。结论：通腑宣肺汤对脓毒症急性肺损伤大鼠具有保护作用，其能改善脓毒症性急性肺损伤的炎症指标以及肺组织情况。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To investigate the effect of Tongfu Xuanfei decoction on the infection index and lung histological changes in rats with acute lung injury caused by sepsis. Methods：120 SD rats were randomly divided into six groups：normal group,model control group,normal saline group,low-dose traditional Chinese medicine group,middle-dose traditional Chinese medicine group and high-dose traditional Chinese medicine group. Among the 6 groups,the normal saline group and the medicine group were given cecal ligation and perforation to replicate the animal model of sepsis.The model control group was given routine operation for laparotomy,placement,abdominal closure and other procedures. Each dose medicine group was given different doses of traditional Chinese medicine at the corresponding time after model building,while the normal saline group and the model group were given normal saline gavage.The changes of endotoxin,procalcitonin,blood gas analysisand,lung histopathology changes were observed after 48 hours. Results：There were significant differences between the control group and the traditional Chinese medicine groups (P＜0.01). There were significant differences in the indexes among each traditional Chinese medicine group. The lung histopathology of each traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly different from that of model group and normal saline group. Conclusion：Tongfu Xuanfei decoction has protective effects on rats with acute lung injury caused by sepsis,which can reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve the lung tissue.
