摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨血塞通注射液联合阿司匹林治疗老年缺血性卒中的疗效及对血清Thl/Th2细胞因子水平的影响。方法： 选择老年缺血性卒中患者300例，随机分为对照组和观察组各150例。所有患者均进行改善脑循环及相应合并症对症治疗，对照组给予阿司匹林肠溶片治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予血塞通注射液治疗，比较两组治疗前后FMA、MBI评分、NIHSS评分、IFN-γ、IL-4因子变化及临床疗效和生活质量水平情况。结果：治疗后，观察组中医证候积分比对照组下降更明显（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组IL-6及IL-4水平均降低，IFN-γ及IL-2均升高；观察组IL-6及IL-4水平低于对照组，IL-2及IFN-γ高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗后FMA、MBI评分明显升高，而NIHSS评分明显降低，观察组改善更明显（P＜0.05）。治疗后两组NSE、BNP水平明显下降，NGF水平明显上升，观察组更明显（P＜0.05）。观察组基本治愈率46.67%，总有效率95.33%均高于对照组24.67%及88.00%（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后QLQ-C30评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论： 血塞通注射液联合阿司匹林可显著改善老年缺血性卒中患者脑神经功能缺损状况，调节机体Thl/Th2细胞因子水平，疗效显著。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Xuesaitong injection combined with aspirin in the treatment of senile ischemic stroke and its effect on serum Thl/Th2 cytokine level. Methods：300 elderly patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into control group (150 cases) and observation group (150 cases). All patients were given symptomatic treatment to improve cerebral circulation and corresponding complications. The control group was given aspirin enteric-coated tablets. The observation group was given Xuesaitong injection on the basis of the control group. FMA,MBI,NIHSS,IFN-gamma,IL-4 factors,clinical efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results：After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05)；after treatment,the levels of IL-6 and IL-4 in both groups were decreased,IFN-gamma and IL-2 were increased；the levels of IL-6 and IL-4 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-2 and IFN-gamma were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05)；the scores of FMA and MBI in the two groups were significantly increased,while the scores of NIHSS were significantly decreased,and the improvement in the observation group was obvious (P＜0.05). After treatment,the levels of NSE and BNP in the two groups decreased significantly,and the levels of NGF increased significantly,especially in the observation group (P＜0.05). The basic cure rate was 46.67% and the total effective rate was 95.33% in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group (24.67% and 88.00%,P＜0.05). After treatment,the QLQ-C30 score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion： Xuesaitong injection combined with aspirin can significantly improve the neurological deficits in elderly patients with ischemic stroke and regulate the level of Thl/Th2 cytokines. 〖LM〗The effect is remarkable.
