摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨西医结合黄芪保心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床价值。方法：随机抽样法选取230例慢性心力衰竭患者，经随机数字表法分为两组，各115例。对照组采用西医治疗，研究组采用西医结合黄芪保心汤治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：治疗后，研究组Lee氏心力衰竭积分、中医证候积分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组心力衰竭改善总有效率（92.17%）高于对照组（76.52%）（P＜0.05）；研究组LVEF、CO水平高于对照组，UA水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率对比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：慢性心力衰竭患者西药治疗基础上加用中医黄芪保心汤可增强疗效，改善心功能，且不良反应少。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To explore the clinical value of Huangqi Baoxin decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:230 patients with chronic heart failure were selected by random sampling method，and were divided into two groups by random number table method，115 patients in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine，and the study group was treated with Huangqi Baoxin decoction combined with western medicine.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment，Lee's heart failure score and TCM syndrome score in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of heart failure in the study group (92.17%) was higher than that in the control group (76.52%，P＜0.05);LVEF and CO levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group，and UA levels were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion:In patients with chronic heart failure，Huangqi Baoxin decoction combined with western medicine can enhance the efficacy and improve the cardiac function，with few adverse reactions，which is worthy of clinical promotion.
