摘要:
摘 要 目的：观察补肾壮骨汤、愈骨膏联合体外冲击波治疗胫骨骨不连的临床疗效。方法：选取胫骨骨不连患者68例，随机将其分为治疗组和对照组，每组34例。治疗组采用口服补肾壮骨汤、愈骨膏外敷联合体外冲击波治疗；对照组则采用单纯体外冲击波进行治疗，观察两组患者的临床治疗效果，对比治疗有效率、行走功能优良率、骨痂生长等级。结果：治疗组有效率为94.11％，对照组有效率为76.47％，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后6个月行走功能比较，治疗组优良率91.18％；对照组优良率70.59％，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后3、6个月的骨痂等级Femandezesteve放射评价评分对比，治疗组优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：补肾壮骨汤、愈骨膏联合体外冲击波治疗胫骨骨不连，临床效果满意，优于单纯体外冲击波治疗。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Bushen Zhuanggu decoction and Yugu ointment combined with extracorporeal shockwave therapy in the treatment of tibial nonunion.Methods:68 patients with tibial nonunion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 34 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with oral Bushen Zhuanggu decoction and external application of Yugu ointment combined with extracorporeal shock wave,while the control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave alone.The clinical effect,excellent rate of walking function，effective rate and growth rate of callus were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 94.11% in the treatment group and 76.47% in the control group,significantly different after treatment (P＜0.05).After 6 months of treatment,excellent and good rate was 91.18% in the treatment group and 70.59% in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).Femandezesteve radiation evaluation scores of the two groups were significantly different at 3 and 6 months after treatment (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment of Bushen Zhuanggu decoction and Yugu ointment with extracorporeal shock wave has satisfactory clinical effect and is superior to the treatment with extracorporeal shock wave alone.
