摘要:
摘 要 目的:分析柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗原发性高血压对老年患者内皮损伤标志物水平和血压水平影响。方法:152例原发性高血压患者为对象,以治疗措施的不同为依据予分组。对照组76例采用口服卡托普利片和苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,观察组76例在对照组基础上联合柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗,分析两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后中医症候积分(12.74±3.11)分,低于对照组(17.65±4.63)分(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血压水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后一氧化氮水平高于对照组,血管性假血友病因子、内皮素1、细胞间黏附分子1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后椎动脉收缩期流速峰值、舒张末期流速水平高于对照组,血管搏动指数(PI)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗原发性高血压可改善患者临床症状,减轻内皮损伤,调节异常的血流动力学。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To analyze the effect of Chaihu Jia Longgumuli decoction on endothelial injury markers and blood pressure in elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods:The data of 152 patients with essential hypertension admitted were analyzed and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with captopril tablets and amlodipine benzenesulfonic acid tablets, the observation group was treated with Chaihu Jia Longgumuli decoction on the basis of the control group, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed. Results:The scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were (12.74±3.11),which were lower than those of the control group(17.65±4.63)(P<0.05). The blood pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of nitric oxide in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and endothelin1 was the factor of von Willebrand disease. The level of intercellular adhesion molecule1 was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). The peak systolic velocity , enddiastolic velocity of vertebral artery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment. The level of pulsatile index was lower than that in control group (P<0. 05).Conclusion:Treatment of essential hypertension with Chaihu Jia Longgumuli decoction can improve clinical symptoms, alleviate endothelial injury and regulate abnormal hemodynamics.
