摘 要 目的：探究腹针引气归元法治疗气血亏虚型产后缺乳的临床疗效。方法：将100例气血亏虚型产后缺乳的患者，随机分为两组，各50例。对照组予口服补血生乳颗粒，治疗组在对照组的基础上进行腹针治疗（主穴为引气归元穴：中脘、下脘、气海、关元），两组患者均每日治疗1次，疗程均为1周，连续治疗两个疗程。观察并比较治疗前后两组患者血清泌乳素（PRL）、乳房充盈程度、24h乳汁分泌量、补授乳量、舌象、脉象及其他临床症状等指标。结果：治疗结束后，缺乳程度比较，治疗组的总有效率94.0%，对照组总有效率56.0%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。乳房充盈程度比较，治疗组总有效率96%，对照组总有效率48%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后血清PRL分泌量、24h泌乳量均增加，补授乳量均降低，且治疗组改善情况优于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后，治疗组乳房充盈程度改善情况优于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后临床症状积分均降低，且治疗组改善情况优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：腹针引气归元法治疗气血亏虚型产后缺乳疗效较好。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical effect of abdominal needling Yinqi Guiyuan in treating postpartum hypogalactia of Qixue Kuixu type.Methods：100 cases of postpartum lack of breast in Qixue Kuixu were divided into two groups randomly,50 cases in each group.The control group was given Buxue Shengru granule orally.The treatment group was given abdominal acupuncture on the basis of the control group orally (the main points were Yinqi Guiyuan acupoint:Zhongwan,Xia Wan,Qihai,Guanyuan).Both groups were treated once a day,and the course of treatment was one.Week,continuous treatment for two courses.The serum prolactin (PRL),breast filling,24hour milk secretion,supplementary milk,tongue,pulse and other clinical symptoms were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group (94.0%) was higher than that of the control group (56.0%).The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);the total effective rate of the treatment group (94%) was higher than that of the control group (48%)(P＜0.05).After treatment,PRL secretion and 24hour lactation increased and supplementary lactation decreased in both groups,and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the improvement of breast filling degree in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The scores of clinical symptoms decreased in both groups,and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The situation was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The abdominal needle method of Yinqi Guiyuan is effective in treating postpartum hypogalactia of Qixue Kuixu type,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
