摘要:
摘 要 功能性消化不良(FD)是以消化道症状为主要特征，常伴有抑郁和焦虑等精神症状。越来越多的研究表明，脑肠轴功能失调引起的脑肠肽水平的紊乱导致FD的发生日益被研究者所重视。FD属中医胃脘痛、痞满等范畴，其中医分型以肝郁脾虚证最常见。C型钠尿肽和神经递质脑源性神经营养因子BDNF与胃肠运动密切相关，本文结合现代中西医学对FD的认识，阐述CNP与BDNF在肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良中的相互作用，进一步揭示功能性消化不良的发病机制。
