摘 要 目的:观察壮医药线点灸疗法对寒湿凝滞型痛经模型大鼠血栓素B2及血液流变学的影响,探究其治疗机制。 方法:50只雌性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组(A)、痛经模型组(B)、壮医药线点灸组(C)、桂枝茯苓组(D)、针刺组(E)采用泡冷水+药物造模后进行相应干预,之后检测各组大鼠血液流变学及子宫组织血栓素B2(TXB2)的表达情况。结果:药线点灸组、桂枝茯苓组及针灸组均能明显改善痛经大鼠血液流变学各项指标并降低子宫TXB2的浓度(与痛经模型组比较,P<0.05);药线点灸组的大鼠血液流变学(全血黏度中的高切、红细胞压积)、子宫组织TXB2均低于桂枝茯苓组(P<0.05),血液流变学(全血黏度中的低切、红细胞聚集指数)高于针灸组(P<0.05),其余指标比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:寒湿凝滞型痛经的发生与血栓素B2(TXB2)异常高表达导致血液流变学发生变化有关。壮医药线点灸治疗寒湿凝滞型痛经的机制为抑制血栓素B2(TXB2)异常表达,改善血液流变性,缓解子宫平滑肌病理性痉挛。总体疗效药线组优于桂枝茯苓组而与针灸组相当。

Abstract 〖HT5”SS〗Objective:To observe the effect of mtmz therapy on model of cold damp stagnation type dysmenorrhea rat thromboxane B2(TXB2) and blood rheology,to explore its therapeutic mechanism. Methods:50 female SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group(A),dysmenorrhea model group(B),mtmz group(C),Guizhi Fuling group(D),acupuncture group(E). After the intervention of cold water + drug modeling,we detected the blood rheology and the expression of TXB2in uterine tissue of rats in each group. Results:C,D,E group can significantly improve the blood rheological indexes and reduce the concentration of uterine TXB2 of rats with dysmenorrhea(with dysmenorrhea model group P<0.05);Hemorheology of rats (in high blood viscosity,hematocrit)and uterine tissue TXB2 of group C were significantly lower than group D(P<0.05),and blood rheology (whole blood viscosity in low shear,erythrocyte aggregation index) were higher than that of group E (P<0.05),the rest the index is not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Cold damp stagnation dysmenorrhea have the relationship with the high expression of TXB2 which leads to blood rheology changes.The mechanism of Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion in treating dysmenorrhea is to inhibit the abnormal expression of TXB2,to improve the indexes of hemorheology,and to relieve the pathological spasm of uterine smooth muscle.The overall effect of group C is better than group D and is equivalent to group E.
