摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨芪藤通痹散熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将60例气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组30例。两组均予以常规基础治疗。对照组予以甲钴胺注射液500μg肌肉注射 每日1次。治疗组在基础治疗上加用芪藤通痹散熏洗。疗程均为两周。结果：两组临床疗效比较，治疗组总有效率为90.0%，对照组总有效率为76.7%，两组总有效率比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者Toronto临床评分与治疗前相比均明显下降（P＜0.05）；与对照组相比，治疗组Toronto临床评分降低更显著，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后各神经传导速度均有明显改善（P＜0.05），与对照组比较，治疗组的胫神经、腓总神经运动神经传导（MNCV）速度及腓总神经的感觉神经传导速度（SNCV）改善更明显，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。胫神经的感觉传导速度（SNCV）改善不明显，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：芪藤通痹散熏洗能够改善症状，提高糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导速度，疗效肯定，安全性高，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Abstract 〖HT5”SS〗Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Qiteng Tongbi san fumigation and washing therapy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy．Methods：60 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were treated with conventional hypoglycemic therapy. Both the control group was given mecobalamin 500μg injection everyday．The treatment group was treated with Qiteng Tongbi san fumigation and washing based on the control group’s treatment．The therapeutic course was 2 weeks in two groups .The two groups of patients were observed with clinical efficacy，Toronto score，nerve sensory conduction velocity，after 2 weeks．Results：After 2 weeks of treatment，the total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0％，higher than the control group 76.7％，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0．05）. Toronto score and clinical motor and nerve sensory conduction velocity of the treatment group were significantly improved than those of the control group（P＜0．05）except nerve sensory conduction velocity of tibial nerve．Conclusion：Basic therapy combined with Qiteng Tongbi san fumigation and washing is an effective treatment for diabetic peripheral neuropathy．And has less adverse reaction，It is worthy of clinic application.
