摘 要 目的：分析断藤益母汤联合甲氨喋呤联合对类风湿关节炎（RA）患者28处关节疾病活动度积分（DAS28）评分和炎症指标的影响。方法：随机选取58例RA患者作为研究对象并随机分成两组各29例，其中对照组给予甲氨蝶呤片治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上联合断藤益母汤治疗，治疗时间为6月。评估比较两组患者治疗前后DAS28评分及类风湿因子（RF）、红细胞沉降率（ESR）、C反应蛋白（CRP）等炎症指标。结果：治疗6个月后，研究组患者总有效率较对照组明显升高（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗后DAS28评分较治疗前均明显减少（P＜0.05），且研究组患者DAS28评分较对照组明显下降（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗后炎症指标RF、ESR、CRP较治疗前均明显降低（P＜0.05），且研究组患者RF、ESR、CRP较对照组明显下降（P＜0.05）。结论：断藤益母汤联合甲氨喋呤联合对降低RA患者DAS28评分和炎症指标均具有确切的疗效。
Abstract:
Abstract 〖HT5”SS〗Objective：To analyze the effect of Duanteng Yimu decoction combined with methotrexate on Disease Activity Score 28 (DAS28) score and inflammation index in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients and evaluate the efficacy of high frequency ultrasound. Methods：58 patients with RA were randomly selected and divided into study group and control group，29 cases in each group. The control group was treated with methotrexate tablets，and the study group was treated with Duanteng Yimu decoction on the basis of the control group for 6 months. The DAS28 score and inflammation indexes such as rheumatoid factor (RF)，erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and Creactive protein (CRP) were evaluated and compared before and after treatment. The wrist joints of the two groups were examined by high frequency ultrasound. The blood flow signals，vascular resistance index，joint effusion and synovial thickness of the two groups were compared to evaluate their value. Results：After 6 months of treatment，the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05)；the DAS28 score of all patients after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (P＜0.01)，and the DAS28 score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.01)；the inflammation indexes such as RF，ESR and CRP of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.01). The inflammation indexes such as RF，ESR and CRP in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment，the thickness of joint effusion and synovium in two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment (P＜0.05)，and vascular resistance index was significantly higher than that before treatment (P＜0.05)，and vascular resistance index in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion:Duanteng Yimu decoction combined with methotrexate has a definite effect on reducing DAS28 score and inflammation index in patients with RA.
