摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨秦息痛药液外敷治疗类风湿关节炎的有效性及安全性。方法：采用随机分组法将50例活动期类风湿关节炎患者分为秦息痛组及对照组，两组均予洛索洛芬钠分散片60 mg、3次／d及甲氨蝶呤片7.5~10 mg/周或者来氟米特片20 mg/d口服，秦息痛组在口服药基础上加予外用秦息痛药液外敷，对照组在口服药基础上加予外用50%硫酸镁溶液，于治疗第3天、7天、15天观察两组患者关节疼痛、肿胀、晨僵时间；第15天治疗完成后评价CRP、ESR以及生活质量评价（HAQ）。结果：治疗第3天、7天、15天两组关节疼痛、肿胀、晨僵与治疗前比较均有较大改善（P＜0.05）；治疗第3天、7天、15天后秦息痛组疼痛、肿胀积分、晨僵时间均优于相同时间点的对照组（P＜0.05）；在疼痛、肿胀、晨僵方面，秦息痛组起效快，治疗3 d后开始明显减轻（P＜0.01）。治疗完成后秦息痛组较对照组HAQ评分降低，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗完成后秦息痛组ESR、CRP与对照组比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：秦息痛组能够改善患者关节肿胀、疼痛以及晨僵症状，改善关节功能，提高患者生存质量，起效快，副作用小，秦息痛外敷为治疗类风湿关节炎的有效方法。
Abstract:
Abstract 〖HT5”SS〗Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of external application of Qinxitong liquid in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods：50 patients with active rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups：Qinxitong group and control group. dral medicine were given to the two groups，with loxoprofen sodium dispersible tablets 60mg per time，3 times / day and methotrexate tablets 7.5~10mg / week or leflunomide tablets 20mg / day oral，while Qinxitong group，on the basis of oral drugs，was added the application of Qinxitong liquid，and the control group was added the application 50% magnesium sulfate solution. The joint pain，swelling and morning stiffness time were observed on the 3rd，7th，and 15th day after treatment；the 15th day after the treatment was completed，evaluate CRP，ESR，and quality of life assessment （HAQ）. Results：The joint pain，swelling and morning stiffness of the two groups were both improved on the 3rd，7th，and 15th day after treatment（P＜0.05）；However，the joint pain，swelling and morning stiffness were better in Qinxitong group than those in the control group at the same time point （P＜0.05）. In the pain，regarding joint pain，swelling and morning stiffness，the Qinxitong group had a rapid onset of action and began to reduce significantly after 3 days of treatment （P＜0.05）. After treatment，Qinxitong group has lower HAQ score was than thecontrol group，which was statistically significant （P＜0.05）. After treatment，the ESR and CRP in the Qinxiong group were not statistically significant compared with the control group （P＞0.05）.Conclusion：Qinxitong group can improve joint swelling，pain and morning stiffness，improve joint function，improve patient quality of life，fast onset，with fewer side effects. External application of Qinxitong pain is an effective method for treating rheumatoid arthritis. 
