摘 要 目的：探讨中药汤剂及中药外敷治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效及机制。方法：选取120例寻常型银屑病，按照随机数字表法，将其分为研究组和对照组各60例，对照组患者采取常规西医治疗，研究组患者采取中药汤剂联合中药外敷药治疗，对比疗效。结果：研究组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗前PASI（银屑病皮损面积及严重程度指数）、VAS（瘙痒视觉模拟评分）、DLQI（生活质量指数）对比无统计学差异（P＞0.05），治疗8周后，研究组患者PASI、VAS、DLQI明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；随访6个月，研究组患者复发率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：中药汤剂联合中药外敷药治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效明显，可有效改善患者临床症状，安全性高，缓解瘙痒，提升患者的生活质量。
Abstract:
Abstract 〖HT5”SS〗Objective：To explore the efficacy and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine decoction and external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：120 cases of psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method. 60 patients in each group were treated with conventional western medicine. The patients in the group were treated with traditional Jiedu Liangxue decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine external application，and the curative effect was compared. Results：The treatment efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P＜0.05）. The pretreatment PASI （Psoriatic lesion area and severity index），VAS （itching visual analogue scale），DLQI （Quality of life） were no statistical difference （P＞0.05）. After 8 weeks of treatment，the PASI，VAS and DLQI of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P＜0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P＜0.05）；the patients in the two groups were followed up for 6 months. The recurrence rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P＜0.05）. Conclusion：Jiedu Liangxue decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine external application of curative psoriasis has obvious curative effect，which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients，high safety，relieve pain and improve the quality of life of patients.
