摘要:
摘 要 目的：研究针刺中脘穴联合自拟茶方对2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者血糖水平的影响。方法：纳入90例T2DM患者作为研究对象。通过随机抽签法将其等分成茶方组、针刺组以及联合组。其中茶方组予以自拟茶方治疗，针刺组实施中脘穴针刺治疗，联合组予以针刺联合自拟茶方治疗。比较三组治疗前后血糖指标水平，血脂指标水平，胰岛素功能变化情况，血清脂联素水平。结果：治疗后联合组FBG、2hPG、HbA1c水平均高于茶方组与针刺组（均P＜0.05）。治疗后联合组TG、TC、LDLC水平均低于茶方组与针刺组（均P＜0.05）。联合组HOMAIR水平均低于茶方组与针刺组；而HOMAβ水平均高于茶方组与针刺组（均P＜0.05）。治疗后三组血清脂联素水平均高于治疗前，且 联合组血清脂联素水平均高于茶方组与针刺组（均P＜0.05）。结论：针刺中脘穴联合自拟茶方可显著改善T2DM患者的血糖水平，提高胰岛素功能，改善血脂水平与脂联素水平，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Abstract 〖HT5”SS〗Objective：To study and analyze the direct effect of acupuncture combined with selfprepared tea prescription on blood glucose level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods：90 cases of T2DM were included as research objects. They were divided into tea prescription group，acupuncture group and combination group by random lottery. Among them，the tea prescription group received selfdesigned tea prescription treatment，the acupuncture group received acupuncture treatment，and the combination group received acupuncture combined with selfdesigned tea prescription treatment. Blood glucose，blood lipid，insulin function and serum adiponectin levels were compared before and after treatment.Results：After treatment，FBG，2hPG and HbA1c levels in the combined group were all higher than those in the tea prescription group and acupuncture group (all P＜0.05). After treatment，TG，TC and LDLC levels in the combination group were lower than those in the tea prescription group and the acupuncture group (all P＜0.05). The level of HOMAIR in the combination group was lower than that in the tea prescription group and acupuncture group. However，the level of HOMAβ was higher than that of tea square group and acupuncture group (both P＜0.05). After treatment，serum adiponectin levels in the three groups were all higher than those before treatment，and the serum adiponectin levels in the combination group were all higher than those in the tea prescription group and the acupuncture group (P＜0.05).Conclusion：acupuncture combined with selfdesigned tea can significantly improve blood glucose level，improve insulin function，improve blood lipid level and adiponectin level in T2DM patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
