摘要:
摘要目的：观察益气活血利水贴治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效及对患者生存质量的影响，为临床运用益气活血利水贴敷脐治疗肝硬化腹水提供临床依据。方法：将120 例肝硬化腹水的患者，按完全随机法分为对照组(基础治疗组)和治疗组(基础治疗加益气活血利水贴)两组，每组各60例，通过观察两组患者总有效率、中医症候积分改善、腹胀缓解时间及慢性肝病问卷调查表改善情况以及肝肾功能电解质、凝血功能、血常规等指标来评价益气活血利水贴治疗肝硬化腹水的疗效及安全性。结果：治疗组总有效率为 86.7%，优于对照组的68.3%，差异有统计学意义(P＜005)，而且在改善患者中医症候积分、腹胀缓解时间以及生存质量改善方面较对照组均有优势，差异有统计学意义(P＜005)。结论：益气活血利水贴治疗肝硬化腹水可有效提高患者的总有效率，加速患者腹胀缓解，有效改善患者中医症候积分及生存质量，疗效确切。
Abstract:
AbstractObjective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui stick in the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis and its impact on patients' quality of life.To provides a scientific data foundation for the clinical application of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui stick for treating cirrhosis ascites.Methods:120 patients with cirrhosis ascites were randomly divided into control group (basic treatment group) and treatment group (basic treatment + Yiqi Huoxue Lishui paste),60 cases in each group.The total effective rate of the two groups of patients,the improvement of TCM syndrome scores,the time of remission of abdominal distension and the improvement of the chronic liver disease questionnaire,and the changes of liver and kidney function electrolytes,coagulation function,blood routine and other indicators to evaluate the treatment of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui paste for the treatment of cirrhosis ascites efficacy and safety.Results:The total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group,which was better than 68.3% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P＜005),and it was compared with the control group in improving the TCM syndrome score,the time of bloating remission and the improvement of quality of life.All have advantages,the difference was statistically significant (P＜005).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Lishui stick can effectively improve the total effective rate of patients with cirrhosis ascites,accelerate the relief of abdominal distension,effectively improve the TCM syndrome score and quality of life,and the curative effect is definite.
