摘要:
摘要目的：探讨健脾解毒汤结合射频消融术（RFA）治疗胃癌肝转移的临床疗效。方法：采用完全随机抽签形式将41例胃癌肝转移患者进行分组。对照组20例患者采用RFA治疗病灶；观察组则采用RFA联合健脾解毒汤进行治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果、无瘤生存率和治疗后生活质量变化。结果：治疗后，两组临床治疗有效率和临床控制率间差异无统计学意义（P＞005）。随访结果显示，半年内两组无瘤生存率间差异无统计学意义（P＞005）；1年和2年时，观察组无瘤生存率明显高于对照组（P＜005）。治疗半年后，两组躯体功能、社会功能、疼痛、恶心呕吐4个维度评分均明显下降，总体健康评分明显提高（P＜005）；且与对照组比，观察组治疗后躯体功能、社会功能、疼痛、恶心呕吐4个维度评分下降更明显，总体健康评分提高更明显（P＜005）。结论：健脾解毒汤与RFA联合使用可有效延长胃癌肝转移患者远期生存期，改善患者生活质量。
Abstract:
AbstractObjective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Jiedu decoction combined with radiofrequency ablation (RFA) in the treatment of liver metastases from gastric cancer.Methods:Fortyone patients with gastric cancer liver metastases were randomly divided into two groups.In the control group,20 patients were treated with RFA;the observation group was treated with RFA combined with Jianpi Jiedu decoction.The clinical treatment effect,tumorfree survival rate and quality of life after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,there was no significant difference in the clinical treatment efficiency and clinical control rate between the control group and the observation group (P＞005).The followup results showed that there was no significant difference in the tumorfree survival rate between the two groups within half a year (P＞005);at 1 and 2 years,the tumorfree survival rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜005).After six months of treatment,the physical function,social function,pain,nausea and vomiting scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the overall health score was significantly improved (P＜005);compared with the control group,the scores of physical function,social function,pain,nausea and vomiting decreased significantly in the observation group,and the overall health score increased more significantly (P＜005).Conclusion:The combination of Jianpi Jiedu decoction and RFA can effectively prolong the longterm survival of patients with gastric cancer and improve the quality of life of patients.
