摘要目的：观察补肾通痹汤联合雷公藤多苷治疗老年类风湿关节炎的效果。方法：选取150例老年类风湿关节炎患者，随机分为对照组（给予雷公藤多苷治疗）和联合组（给予雷公藤多苷+补肾通痹汤），两组各75例。比较两组临床疗效和治疗前后免疫球蛋白、类风湿因子（RF）、超敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP）、红细胞沉降率（ESR）及治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果：相比对照组（81.33%），联合组治疗总有效率（94.67%）显著升高（P＜005）。两组患者治疗后免疫球蛋白A（IgA）、免疫球蛋白M（IgM）和免疫球蛋白G（IgG）的含量均显著降低（P＜005）；联合组治疗后IgA、IgM和IgG的含量较对照组均显著降低（P＜005）。相比治疗前，两组患者治疗后RF、hsCRP和ESR均显著降低（P＜005）；联合组治疗后RF、hsCRP和ESR较对照组均显著降低（P＜005）。两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率的比较，并无明显差异（P＞005）。结论：补肾通痹汤联合雷公藤多苷治疗可有效改善老年类风湿关节炎患者的临床症状，减轻炎症反应，调节异常免疫，改善机体免疫功能，增强临床疗效。
Abstract:
AbstractObjective:To observe the effect of Bushen Tongbi decoction combined with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside in the treatment of elderly rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:150 elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into control group (treated with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides) and combined group (treated with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides+Bushen Tongbi decoction),75 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,immunoglobulin,rheumatoid factor (RF),hypersensitive Creactive protein (hsCRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group (81.33%),the total effective rate (94.67%) in the combined group was significantly higher (P＜005).The contents of immunoglobulin A (IgA),immunoglobulin M (IgM) and immunoglobulin G (IgG) in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment (P＜005),and the contents of IgA,IgM and IgG in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜005).Compared with before treatment,the RF,hsCRP and ESR of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment (P＜005),and the RF,hsCRP and ESR of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P＜005).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞005).Conclusion:Bushen Tongbi decoction combined with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis,alleviate inflammation,regulate abnormal immunity,improve the immune function of the body,and enhance clinical efficacy.
