摘要:
摘要目的：观察疏风通窍汤联合富马酸卢帕他定治疗过敏性鼻炎(AR)的疗效。 方法：将70例AR患者纳为研究对象，根据患者就医奇偶数次序，将其均分为联合组与对照组各35例，联合组采用疏风通窍汤配合富马酸卢帕他定治疗，对照组使用富马酸卢帕他定，药物治疗1个月后，比较两组治疗效果。 结果：两组治疗后，喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒等临床症状及体征积分均较治疗前显著下降(P＜005)，且联合组患者治疗后各临床症状及体征积分均显著低于对照组(P＜005)；治疗后，两组血清IgE、粉尘螨SIgE、屋尘SIgE、IL4及鼻腔分泌物EOS水平均较治疗前显著下降(P＜005)，且联合组治疗后以上物质水平均显著低于对照组(P＜005)；两组治疗后血清INFγ水平较治疗前显著上升(P＜005)，且联合组治疗后血清INFγ水平显著高于对照组(P＜005)；联合组治疗有效率高于对照组，但组间差异不显著(P＞005)；联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组，但组间差异不显著(P＞005)；两组不良反应无显著性差异(P＞005)。 结论：疏风通窍汤联合富马酸卢帕他定能增强药物抗过敏功效，有效缓解AR临床症状与体征，且药物治疗安全性较高。
Abstract:
AbstractObjective:To observe the efficacy of Shufeng Tongqiao decoction combined with rupatadine fumarate in the treatment of allergic rhinitis (AR).Methods:Seventy patients with AR were included in the study.According to odevity of visiting sequence of patients,they were divided into combined group (Shufeng Tongqiao decoction with rupatadine fumarate,n=35) and control group (rupatadine fumarate,n=35).After 1 month of drug treatment,the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms and physical signs of sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion and nasal itching in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P＜005),and the scores of clinical symptoms and physical signs in combined group after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜005).After treatment,the levels of serum IgE,dermatophagoides farinae SIgE,house dust SIgE,IL4 and nasal secretion EOS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P＜005),and the levels of above indexes after treatment in combined group were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜005).The serum INFγ level in the two groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment (P＜005),and the serum INFγ level in combined group after treatment was significantly higher than that in control group (P＜005).The effective rate of treatment in combined group was higher than that in control group (P＞005).The total effective rate of treatment in combined group was higher than that in control group (P＞005).There were no significant differences in the adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞005).Conclusion： Shufeng Tongqiao decoction combined with rupatadine fumarate can enhance the antiallergic effects of the drug,and effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and physical signs of AR,with high safety of drug treatment.
