摘要:
摘要自李东垣创立补中益气汤以来，后世医家多重视其补益脾胃、升阳举陷、甘温除热的功效，忽视了补中益气汤中具有补益肝气、疏肝解郁的作用。针对 “肝无虚证”一说，以“从肝论治”为立足点，分别从补中益气汤的成方背景、中医理论以及用药组成三个方面展开论述，并列举案例，以理论指导临床实践的方式验证了补中益气汤不仅有着补肝气以健脾气的作用，还有着疏肝郁以升脾阳的作用。
Abstract:
AbstractObjective:Since Li Dongyuan founded Buzhong Yiqi decoction,later generations of doctors have paid more attention to its effects of nourishing spleen and stomach,raising Yang,and relieving fever with sweet and warmnatured drugs,neglecting its effects of tonifying liver qi,soothing the liver and relieving depression.In view of the opinion “liver without deficiency syndrome”,based on the treatment of liver,this paper explores three aspects,including the background of Buzhong Yiqi decoction,its related theory of traditional Chinese medicine and compatibility of medicines,then some cases are presented.By combing the theory with clinical practice,it is verified that Buzhong Yiqi decoction not only has a good effect on nourishing liver to strengthen spleen,but also contributes to soothing the liver depression so as to raise spleen yang.
