摘要:
摘要目的：随着我国中老年女性越来越多，围绝经期抑郁症发病率呈逐年上升态势。西医对围绝经期抑郁症的发病机制仍在研究中，认为其发病可能是生物、社会、个人因素的综合作用所致。西医治疗本病主要采取抗抑郁药物、激素替代治疗，但不良反应大，中断治疗发病率高。因此需探索中医药治疗围绝经期抑郁症的新思路。方法：通过对近年来中医文献回顾，围绝经期抑郁症归属于情志疾病范畴，而情志活动又与脏腑功能活动密切相关。认为心血虚肾精亏是围绝经期抑郁症发病基础，心肾不交为围绝经期抑郁症的关键病机，交通心肾法为治疗围绝经期抑郁症的基本方法。结果：以交通心肾方法应用于临床，有研究发现可以明显改善抑郁症的症状，降低HAMD量表评分。结论：从心肾论治围绝经期抑郁症，有望提高中医药治疗围绝经期抑郁症的疗效。
Abstract:
AbstractObjective:With the increasing number of middleaged and older women in China,the incidence of perimenopausal depression is increasing year by year.Western medicine is still studying the pathogenesis of perimenopausal depression,and its pathogenesis may be caused by the combined effects of biological,social and personal factors.Western medicine treatment of this disease mainly takes antidepressant drugs and hormone replacement therapy,but the adverse reactions are large,and the incidence of interruption treatment is high.Therefore,it is necessary to explore new ideas for the treatment of perimenopausal depression with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Through reviewing the literature of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,perimenopausal depression belongs to the category of emotional disease,and emotional activity is closely related to visceral function.It is believed that heart and blood deficiency and kidney deficiency are the basis of perimenopausal depression.Heart and kidney disharmony is the key pathogenesis of perimenopausal depression.Communicating heart and kidney is the basic method for treating perimenopausal depression.Results:Some studies have found that the method of communicating heart and kidney can significantly improve the symptoms of depression and reduce the score of HAMD scale.Conclusion:Treating perimenopausal depresson from the perspective of heart and kidney is hopeful to improve the efficaly of traditional Chinese medicine in treating perimenopausal depression.
