摘 要 目的：初步验证大株红景天注射液联合回阳升陷汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及对患者炎症因子的影响。方法:按数字表法将200例患者随机分为对照组、治疗组各100例。对照组为标准药物治疗，治疗组为在对照组基础上给予大株红景天注射液联合回阳升陷汤，连续治疗14 d。比较两组临床疗效，心绞痛发作频率、持续时间及检测血清基质金属蛋白酶9（MMP9）、细胞间黏附分子1（ICAM1）水平。结果：与对照组比较，治疗组总有效率（92.00%）优于对照组总有效率（81.00%）（P＜0.05）；治疗组在第14天时患者心绞痛发作频率（3.43±0.67）次/周和持续时间（2.96±0.73）min/次较对照组心绞痛发作频率（4.72±0.53）次/周和（4.37±1.04）min/次持续时间均明显降低（均P＜0.05）；同时治疗组在第14天时患者血清MMP9（131.37±41.93）ng/ml、ICAM1（56.37±15.58）pg/ml表达较对照组MMP9（211.39±34.27）ng/ml、ICAM1（80.37±17.32）pg/ml明显降低（均P＜0.05）。结论：大株红景天注射液联合回阳升陷汤可抑制不稳定型心绞痛患者炎症因子表达，进而改善患者临床症状。
Abstract:
Abstract 〖WT5BZ〗〖HT5”SS〗Objective:To observe effect on clinical efficacy and inflammatory factors of unstable angina Pectoris patients with Dazhu Hongjingtian injection combined with Huiyang Shengxian decoction.Methods:200 patients were divided into control group (n=100) and treatment group (n=100).The control group was received standard drug treatment;the treatment group was received Dazhu Hongjingtian injection combined with Huiyang Shengxian decoction.The clinical efficacy,attack frequency and duration of angina pectoris and the levels of serum matrix metalloproteinase9 (MMP9) and intercellular adhesion molecule1 (ICAM1) were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of 92.00% in the treatment group was superior to 81.00% in the control group (P＜0.05),and the attack frequency（3.43±0.67）and duration（2.96±0.73）of angina pectoris in the treatment group the attack frequency（4.72±0.53）and duration（4.37±1.04）decreased significantly on the 14th day (all P＜0.05).At the same time,the expression of serum MMP9（131.37±41.93）ng/ml and ICAM1（56.37±15.58）pg/ml in the treatment group ，the expression of serum MMP9（211.39±34.27）ng/ml and ICAM1（80.37±17.32）pg/ml in the control group ，the treatment group decreased significantly than those in the control group on the 14th day (all P＜0.05).Conclusion:Dazhuo Hongjingtian injection combined with Huiyang Shengxia decoction can inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with unstable angina pectoris.
