摘 要 目的：探析产后缺乳的学术经验和组方用药特点，提出自己的领会。方法：通过对产后缺乳认识的仔细研读思考，结合自己的感悟，对缺乳的主要证候、病因病机、辨证治疗和方药组成进行分析、阐释，并附验案举隅。结果：根据病因病机将缺乳分为气血两虚、肝气郁结、痰湿雍阻三种类型，认为其发病主要与气血不足、肝郁气滞、痰湿阻滞有关，治法主要是补益气血、疏肝解郁、健脾化痰、通络下乳治疗，并加以方药分析，临床应用收效良好。结论：产后缺乳治疗力求标本同治，虚实明辨。
Abstract:
Abstract 〖WT5BZ〗〖HT5”SS〗Objective：To analyze the academic experience and the characteristics of the prescription used in the diagnosis and treatment of postpartum lack of milk, and to put forward my own understanding.Methods：Based on thinking postpartum hypogalactia understanding, combined with their my understanding of the main card,to analysising and interpretingthe lack of milk syndrome, etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and case analysis. Results：According to the etiology and pathogenesis of the lack of milk is divided into three types ,forexample qiblood deficiency, liver qi stagnation and Phlegm damp obstruction, and it is believed that the pathogenesis is mainly related to deficiency of Qi and blood, stagnation of liver qi and stagnation of phlegm dampness. The main treatment methods are invigorating qi and blood, soothing liver, relieving depression, invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm, dredging collaterals and reducing milk. Conclusion：The treatment of postpartum hypogalactia is strive to treat incidentaly and fundamentaly，deficiency and excess is must to discriminate clearly.
