摘要:
肿瘤相关性失眠是肿瘤患者的常见并发症,严重影响患者的生活质量及肿瘤的防治疗效。《景岳全书》:“神安则寐,神不安则不寐”,肿瘤相关性失眠,属于中医“不寐”,病机为正虚伏毒,心神不安。临床上对肿瘤相关性失眠重视不足,缺少专业的诊疗指南。目前肿瘤的治疗集中在消除“有形”瘤体,而常常忽略患瘤之人的“神机”紊乱。《黄帝内经》:“形与神俱,而尽终其天年”。本文基于刘嘉湘先生“扶正治癌,形神并调”的肿瘤治疗理念,系统分析肿瘤相关性失眠的中西医病因、病机及诊疗进展,总结了形神并调治疗肿瘤相关性失眠的6种治法,以期有效提升肿瘤患者的生活质量,从而提升肿瘤的整体防治疗效。
Abstract:
Cancer-related insomnia is a common complication of cancer patients,which seriously affects patients' quality of life and treatment of tumor complications.“Jingyue Quanshu”:“Emotional stable sleep is normal,emotional instability is insomnia.”Cancer-related insomnia belongs to traditional Chinese medicine “insomnia”,the pathogenesis is lack of righteousness,tumor incidence,and restlessness.Clinically,the “Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic”:physical and mentally smooth,then healthy and longevity.At present,the focus of cancer treatment is to eliminate “tangible” tumors,but often ignore the emotions of those with cancer.Based on the concept of cancer treatment of Chinese medicine master Liu Jiaxiang,“helping to cure cancer,shaping and reconciliation”,systematically analyzed the causes of Chinese and Western medicine related to tumors.The pathogenesis of insomnia,the progress of diagnosis and treatment,summed up the seven therapies for the treatment of cancer by ampoule,and effectively improved the quality of life of cancer patients,thereby improving the overall efficacy of the tumor.
