摘要:
目的:膝骨关节病是影响中老年人下肢运动的主要原因之一,临床治疗方式分为内治法和外治法,针灸疗法是外治的主要方法,本文介绍了陕西省名中医周志杰主任医师按照经筋理论治疗膝骨关节病的学术思想、诊治思路,以及周老提出的“膝四针”疗法治疗该病的临床医案。方法:通过在门诊及住院部跟随周志杰主任医师临床学习及医疗实践,同时收集整理周老的临床病案,并查阅相关文献,分析总结其学术思想及临床经验。结论:周志杰主任医师按照“经筋”理论,从膝骨关节病的病因、病机及诊治思路等多角度阐述,结合经络、八纲等辨证方法,认为“膝眼、梁丘、伏兔、阴陵泉”四穴为膝骨关节病的常见筋结灶点,由此他提出了“膝四针”疗法治疗膝骨关节病这一观点,经过临床治疗膝骨关节病患者数例,疗效显著,值得借鉴。
Abstract:
Objective:Knee osteoarthrosis is one of the main causes that impact lower limb movements in middle-aged and elderly people.The clinical treatments are divided into the internal and external treatments.Acupuncture and moxibustion are the chief methods for the external treatment.This study introduces the practical experience and knowledge from the famous acupuncture professor ZHOU ZhiJie.He proposed ideas to diagnose and treat knee osteoarthrosis according to the theory of “muscle regions”,and put forward the “knee-four-needles”.Methods:By means of learning the clinical experiences of Dr.Zhou in outpatients and inpatients clinics,we collected the clinical cases,consulted relevant literatures and summarized his academic thoughts and clinical experience.Conclusion:Based on the “muscle regions” theory,Dr.ZHOU Zhijie analyzed the causes,pathogenesis and treatment ideas of knee osteoarthrosis by combining with meridian identification and eight principle differentiation.He believed that the following points which include “Xiyan(EX-LE4\·),Liangqiu(ST34),Futu(ST32),and Yinlingquan(SP9)” were effective for knee osteoarthrosis.Therefore,he propose that treating knee osteoarthrosis with the “Knee-four needle” therapy,and which was proved in clinical trials,it was worthy of reference and popularizing.
