摘要:
肥胖患病率逐年升高,严重危害人民体质和健康。抑制食欲一直是减肥领域的研究热点,胃肠肽是调节食欲的重要因子之一。多项研究报道多种中药或复方可以调节胆囊收缩素(CCK)、胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)和酪酪肽(PYY)影响食欲。本文整理近5年相关中药的研究报道发现:大黄、绿茶、啤酒花、葡萄籽、地黄、吴茱萸、葛根、黄连等单味药及柴疏四君汤、七味白术散等复方调节胃肠肽的报道较多; 其中,葛根和黄连调节GLP-1抑制食欲效应和机制的研究已经取得了一定的进展。中医学认为食欲亢进与脏腑功能失调有关,而四气五味中药理论也支持利用性味各异的中药平衡脏腑功能的治法。结合现代医学味觉内分泌学说,中药调节胃肠肽抑制食欲值得进一步研究。
Abstract:
The prevalence of obesity is increasing year by year,which seriously endangering people's physique and health.Appetite suppression has been a hot topic in the field of weight loss,gastrointestinal peptides are one of the important factors for regulating appetite.A number of studies have reported that a variety of traditional Chinese medicines or compounds can regulate cholecystokinin(CCK),glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1)and peptide YY(PYY).In this paper,the research reports on TCM in the past five years were summarizedand,and it was found that rhubarb,green tea,hops,grape seed,evodia rehmanniae,rutaecarpa,puerariae lobata,coptidis,ect as well as Chaishu Sijun decoction,Qiwei Baizhu powder and other compounds can regulate gastrointestinal peptides.Among them,studies on the appetite suppressing effect and mechanisms of puerariae lobata and coptis regulating GLP-1 appetite suppression have made some progress.In Chinese medicine,hyperappetite is associated with visceral dysfunction and the theory of four properties and five tastes also supports the use of different flavors of TCM to balance the functions of viscera.Combined with the endocrinology of taste receptors,the research on the inhibition of hyperappetite by regulating gastrointestinal peptides is worthy of further study.
